It's a nice hamburger with a delicious bun. I can't say much for the lettuce topping which is totally wilted and covered in oil. That's not what I think of a healthy lettuce topping. So that only happens sometimes but not every time. Also, I'm not a fan of french fries that are wilted. Even though they have a decent flavor, they give you a huge amount, they're just not that likable because they are soggy and limp. I don't believe their french fries are worth what you pay for them. No one needs that amount of french fries anyway. That's just my opinion and I'm sure it doesn't apply to everybody."

Today's sandwich was disappointing and inedible. I ordered the #7 Turkey and Provolone cold sub, and it was swimming in olive oil; so much so, the bread was soggy all the way through. I couldn't get past the mush of bread to then swallow a bite of oil. Adding insult to injury, I didn't receive my drink or chips either. Hopefully, next time will be the return to their yummy subs."

The basil is where it's lacking. when you only have a three ingredient pizza, you should get more than one or two bites per slice that have all three ingredients in it.
