The Waffle Sundae was such a treat! It came with the ice cream in its own cup, so it almost felt like a build-your-own sundae kit scooping it out and putting it on the waffle---very fun! The Birria Tacos were crispy but not greasy,cheesy but not chewy and the beef was savory but not salty. Add that with the decadent consomme to dip them in makes it an instant 10/10! The Torta Tradicional an amazing handheld journey through layers of complementary flavors. Perfectly soft baked bread, crisp fresh veggies, superb guac, and tender savory steak. "I'm thrown by how delicious Brothers Tacos was. I ordered the Birria Tacos which came with a side of rice and beans. The beans aren't cooked with any meat which is perfect for me. The rice was fluffy and delicious. My only complaint was that the beans had melted cheese and I would have preferred not to have cheese on them but it was still so good.
Now the Birria Tacos themselves came packed with 3 tacos, two limes, green sauce, and it also came with a delicious consommé. The meat was sooo well seasoned and the taco had the perfect crunch.
I also ordered Churros which came in an order of 4. I usually don't like churros because so often I get them from places where it's hard when you bite into it but these churros were warm and fluffy once you crunch through the outer layer. They were unexpectedly filled with some berry type of jelly.
I also recieved a complimentry bag of chips and salsa. The salsa had a nice slight spice and was delicious. I will certainly and happily order from Brother's Tacos again!"
