I ordered an extra side (I had green & yellow beans, mashed potatoes, and broccoli) and the meal didn't come with gravy, butter, or any seasoning on the veggies. They have very nice to-go containers that separate the main entree from the sides, which functions well, except for the fact that there was no gravy on the mashed potatos, and not enough gravy on the steak that any could be scraped off to spread onto the potatos.
I ordered from home, so I had stuff here to season the other vegetables, but part of ordering is to have a complete meal delivered. So some consideration to the whole-plate of unseasoned veggies in the lower compartment, or enough gravy to put some on the mashed potatoes would be an improvement.
The sodas here are also $5 or $6. So I didn't get one based on principle. It would be foolish to buy 1 soda at that price when a 2 liter costs significantly less than that. Its probably not a wise biz model to have such a strikingly overpriced item on the menu that is also something that tons of people usually order with their meal. "

The portion size is not worth the regular price. Both items were overpriced, $15 for ten pieces of calamari and the pasta was buy one get one ($27 total for both instead of the original $53). "The El Mañanero Combo was pretty good. The egg on the burrito was fluffy and the potatoes were soft. It was a filling burrito, delicious even: I got mine with a Dr. Pepper and chips con queso.
I subtracted a star for the queso. It came in a Taco Bell size nacho cheese cup. When I opened it, the cheese appeared separated from the liquid and had a slight yellow tint on the top. I would've mixed it, except the whole queso was runny as if I could drink it. I didn't want to take my chances. Your choice though! (Sorry in advance if it's made that way and I'm just skeptical)

I ordered the nachos and the chips were stale. The ground beef tasted like mystery meat. I also ordered the El Guero burrito which tasted awful. It tasted prepackaged and not fresh. "I had high hopes for this Brazilian place, but it was the most horrible food I’ve ever had. The rice tasted like styrofoam, the meat portion was tiny, tasted old, and for $17.99, I expected much better. I added fries for $3.00, and I barely got a handful. The only good parts of the meal were the Guaraná and the beans. The “Brigadeiro Ninho c/ Nutella” was awful, tasted nothing like it should, and had a single drop of Nutella on top, not inside or anywhere else. This is not even close to real Brazilian food. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Paguei $3,00 numa porção de Adicional de Batata Frita na Refeição que mal deu pra sentir o gosto. A única coisa que salvou foi o Guaraná e o feijão. O brigadeiro foi um fiasco total—o tal do “brigadeiro de Ninho e Nutella” tava horrível, nada a ver com o que deveria ser, e ainda meteram só uma gotinha de Nutella por cima, nem dentro tinha. Isso aí não tem nada de comida brasileira de verdade, nem de longe! Nunca mais peço daqui.
