Both Papa’s Pot Pie and Mama’s Lasagna had great flavor, but the portion sizes were noticeably different. The lasagna was hearty and filling, while the pot pie, despite tasting good, was much smaller than expected for an $18 dish. I finished it in about four minutes without eating particularly fast and was still hungry afterward.
Shake
For $10–$11, I expected a shake made with real fruit, but it had a strong artificial syrup flavor. You could even see the syrup settled at the bottom, which was disappointing. I was hoping for a fresher taste, especially from a place known for its shakes.
