• 9/7/24The 5 Layer Gelati is only one layer of ice cream on top and comes in a way smaller cup than the normal gelati. Very disappointing. Pumpkin Pie Concrete also came in a small, maybe 8oz cup (half the height of a can of soda) but was quite good. But $10 for that? Either way, I'd not order either of these items. Usually Rita's is very good.

• 9/10/26when you pay extra for pb sauce and Reese cups there should be plenty of each...barely any pb sauce , only a few reese cups

• 9/24/25The watermelon and Georgia peach tasted like chlorine or some sort of cleaner.... really disappointed and hoping it was a fluke.
