Best pho in Washington state! Soup so good you don't sirracha or hoisin sauce. Noodles cooked perfectly

13. Phở Tái, Chín, Gầu, Gân, Sách, Bò Viên is Huge even if you Togo they will give you tons of fresh vegetables and noodle was cooked perfectly and packed clean. This is my favorite place for a bowl of pho :)

Large Pho bowls in my opinion were skimping on the meat portions. Broth and noodles were good. We ordered 2 orders of extra White onion in vinegar and definitely underwhelmed in the amount we received for the price.

Broth is everything. Not today. Not just because it lacked the desired flavor but also I received a salty chicken broth for a beef pho order. I do go there just to buy beef broth as my elixir & mostly seem authentic as best I can determine after feeling I've had it before other places. Now I know or think I know. But not good today yet usually good when I walk in & order...beef broth.

the food was okay, the spring rolls did not live up to my expectation, and the broth was not hot enough to cook the meat, so i had to constantly warm it up. the spring rolls don't come with the peanut sauce, so fyi if that's your favorite part of the dish. 2 stars because the order was completed and the broth was good.
