Ahhh I love this place so much!! I love that this location had the soft and crunchy carnitas! So clutch! I wish there was an option to add the hot sauce packets but usually the driver is good at picking them up for me.

I ordered the Vegan Krispy Chikun Burrito* * and Spiced Rice and Beans . Everyone has a different expectation of "Mexican" style food, so I'll just describe what I ordered and you can make up your own mind whether it's what you'd like. I don't eat meat so I was intrigued to order a veggie chik'n burrito. I've had Taco Fino burritos a while ago and found them tasty but kind of overloaded with sauces and interesting fillings, but not so much on the "fresh" side in terms of lettuce, tomatoes, salsa etc. But the food is tasty and definitely a full meal. Nothing wrong with that, it's just a different version of a burrito.
So this veggie chik'n one was along the same lines. But I felt there was way too much of the chik'n and not really much else except the sauce. It was kind of a one note dish.
I would say the beans weren't spicy at all. Kind of bland, actually. I was expecting something different but I could have made this at home.
I wouldn't order either of these again.

My favourite grab-and-go place for lunch or dinner.
The go-to still the chicken burrito.
The tuna burrito was also a great choice.
I have yet to try any of the veggie options.
I do recommend avoiding the lemon grass chicken late in the evening, as it was quite dry and might have been cooked earlier in the day.
Tortilla soup was a little salty, but packed with extras.
Regardless, I am glad that Tacofino opened a location in Metrotown.

Ordered the miso carnitas burrito - what a weird combo of flavours. Sounds good in theory but was so hard to eat. I only finished it because I have no food in the fridge and paid $26.
