You often change my order without informing me, the prices are high, and the portions are very small. I also ordered mandi, and the rice was cold and in such a small portion that it looked like it was made for birds.

The beef and broccoli was fine but a small portion. The larger portion was the chicken chow Mein which looked like a dark brown very fine soft but stif noodle. No bean sprouts and since everything is dark brown I thought it had tiny pieces of mushroom in it. At the end and since I didn't find chicken, I assume those dark blacker bits were chicken.. "This place lost a devoted customer today. I've ordered this exact same dish 10+ times and I was so shocked by the quality today that I literally called the restaurant out of concern. The Blackstone Benny itself was disappointing - soggy english muffin, flavourless mealy tomato, undercooked congealed bacon, and a VERY small egg on both.
The worst part was definitely the Colcannon, though. I was genuinely taken aback - it was claggy, starchy, crumbly, unseasoned. Had the consistency of poorly mixed pie crust dough that had been to dry out on the counter. I was certain it was at least a day or more old and had been microwaved, but I spoke to the kitchen manager Sara(h) who swore up and down she made it this morning, which is maybe even more concerning to be honest...?? She was also very defensive and snippy with me when I expressed my concerns.
I don't know what's going on, if maybe they had a staff or management turnover, but I won't be returning/reordering."
