Chef Prasad began his culinary education at a young age, learning to cook alongside his mother.
He devoted himself once again to learning from the cooks at the restaurant where he worked.
Chef Prasad …
My family and I only recently first tried Chef Prasad, and we are so obsessed, we have ordered three times in a week, and we rarely order takeout! Every dish we have tried is a hit. Our personal favorites are the Tandoori grilled Chicken Wings , the chicken tikka masala, and the Spicy Chicken Kabab. I also love the bright blue reusable takeaway bags they provide.

I used to be able to order half an order of the Chicken Tikka Masala, but the menu only showed whole orders. So we got the whole order for thirty-something dollars . When this supposed "whole order" arrived (see image) it looked like what their half order used to be. That's not cool at all.
The chicken was overcooked today, and the sauce wasnt the same. The Basmati Rice was undercooked. It also used to have more flavor. Something over there has changed.

This restaurant is amazing. Seriously cannot say enough good stuff about them. Excellent quality Indian with a varied menu - greatest hits if you want them and other interesting additions. Get the Ahndra chicken and thank Chef Prasad's mom. I’ve basically ordered it all. So far, they’ve got the best naan I’ve found. I do wish they would add a masala dosa to the menu and allow you to specify the level of spice when ordering online (I’d go a bit spicier than the baseline tikka masala but other items really need no adjusting). Samosas are on the smaller side but they are delicious. The food also arrives hot, thanks to their smart packaging. Almost all my shopping bags are now Chef Prasad bags - I order that often and they’re that good.

This has been one of our favorite restaurants for years but we are sad to say that we were highly disappointed recently. Portion size has been chopped in actual half and keeping same prices. Also, all the chicken dishes were very dry (theyve always been knownfor their tender & juicy kitchen). One of the veggie dishes wasn't labeled "spicey" on the menu-it was so spicy we couldnt even eat the dish.
