After some quality issues very early in the year, I'm happy to report that Happy Lemon again makes some of the best HK-style egg waffles in the Bay Area. I've tried a dozen others and no others had the right combination of crunchy outside, chewy inside, and eggy flavour.

First time trying this place, and it was delicious! Their popcorn chicken was nice and tender. I've had some other places send me hard and chewy chicken before. The lemon slushy was nice and refreshing.

I've tried dozens of places in the Bay Area and finally found one that makes bubble waffles with the right eggy flavor and crispy/chewy consistency! Can't wait for this pandemic to be over so that I can try them fresh...

The boba was all good and yummy, but it is not really worth the price, it should be less expensive. However, the custom service is nice because they separate the foam and the tea.
