I had originally ordered a couple of lattes. It ended up that the espresso machine was broken, so they couldn't make them. instead of canceling both, the dasher called me and let me talk to the employee. Both were very helpful, and they made me regular coffees with the flavors I wanted. Dunkin has always been great with their customer service!

Put my half dozen donuts in a bag all jumbled together where the icing and creams were all over. Then realized they forgot a donut and only gave me 5. Then forgot one of my two hashbrowns and the hashbrowns I did get I only had 4 little moist disgusting hashbrowns.

The hasbrowns were awful. The grilled cheese with bacon on sourdough definitely doesn't look like the picture and tastes awful

They didnt have anything I wanted. Asked for the cinnamon roll one then they act likei was an inconvenience for asking. You shouldnot have up pick your own if you have nothingin store. I will not buy from here for a while. I know it doesn't matter but duck donuts is a better choice.

The donuts didn't seem fresh, they taped like they were two to three days old. Which would have been fine if I bought them fresh and ate them a couple days later but when I buy them I expect them to be fresh. I order the same thing frequently from this location and it's almost never fresh and very light on the icing.
