The seemingly endless array of obscure spices and exotic ingredients you can't find at any chain grocery store never fails to amaze me. I bought a box of loose leaf earl grey tea a few months ago, and it's easily the best earl grey I've ever had, definitely a new staple tea I'll always keep in stock.
