I am obsessed with the way they packaged my pick up order!All of the fixin's, jam packed securely,in the large bowl. Then Heated Broth in separate deli container. I also got a side of rice and was pleased with the amount for the price! so far the flavor is so good as well. But for soup, this was such a convenient meal at work. highly recommend!!!

Very disappointed. Horrible tasting. Came packaged nicely and neatly. Not authentic ramen whatsoever. Broth tasted like bouillon cubes in boiled water with extra salt. I ordered "steak" which looked like pre packaged roast beef slices and there were no other seasonings. Didnt get the chili crisp oil I had to pay additional for. This was a costly meal for such a horrible quality unfortunately. I had hoped Wheeling, WV finally had a ramen spot, but this is not it.

The Ramen served here is tasty enough, but do not be fooled, this is -severely- overpriced. For the price of one of their basic bowls, one can find a bowl of pho/Ramen double the size, with even more selection. This is an instance of cornering a market in an area that doesn't realize there are better offerings not all that far away.

Only complaint is paying $3 for a cucumber salad that only contained 3 slices of cucumber!!! Broth could have been hotter but to be expected with delivery!!
