• 2/25/25Received my spinach and artichoke pizza within half an hour. Was warm and delicious. Toppings were plentiful. Highly recommend ordering pizza from Otto's through Door Dash.

• 4/29/26Simply the best inSanford. Have ordered many times and has always been consistent. The cheese pizza with double dough as well as the pepperoni are sublime, ooie gooie and dripping with grease. So good!

• 9/14/25Ordered the OTTO Italian** and I must say, it was delightful. The portion was great! The dressing was on the side to keep the sandwich fresh, without making the bun soggy. Delicious!! Will definitely order again!

• 1/10/25Good amount of pepperoni without ordering extra. I don't like thin crust so the double dough was awesome option.
The Chocolate Chunk Cookie 3 pack were really really crispy cookies, I wouldn't reorder them as I like a softer/chewy cookie.

• 3 days agoLove love the vegan cheese option!! But... I ordered and paid more for a small double dough pizza and it had the thinnest, floppiest crust ever. Clearly a mistake and they forgot to make it DD but a bummer nonetheless as I really specifically came for the DD! (And the vegan cheese, which is amazing) I'll order again and really emphasize the DD several times.
