"I wasn't expecting a gourmet meal, but what I received was ridiculous. A fist full of wilted lettuce and burnt chicken, there was more mayo on the outside of the box then there was on the sandwich. The burger was almost the same way, when I opened the box it looked like I ordered salad, there was probably two handfuls and a bun on top. All of the ingredients and condiments were all over the place and I had to reassemble the sandwich. The caramel frappes even had more caramel running on the lid then it had in the frappe.
The night shift there is obviously all about quality control and unfortunately I have no one to blame but myself for being lazy and not cooking for my self.

I liked BWW alright, but the other night I ordered the bone-in wings and now everytime my friends want to go here, I definitely say 'yes'! I guess I should've gone for the wings to begin with. They were nice and crispy and for every 5 wings, you can order a different sauce/dry rub. The salt & vinegar rub is amazing and I can't remember the name of the other sauces I chose, but they were all delicious! I didn't care for the Thai Curry one because it was super salty & gritty, but that's probably just a 'me' thing since I love curry in general. Unfortunately, the sausage and broccoli rabe was the complete opposite. Although the flavor was good, the gluten-free entrée arrived with barely a cup of rigatoni, very little broccoli rabe, and only a small amount of sausage. Sitting side by side, the difference between the two meals was striking: one looked like a full entrée, while the other felt closer to a side portion.
We enjoyed the flavors of both dishes, but at comparable entrée prices, the portions should be comparable as well. The gluten-free dish simply did not deliver the same value."

"The 2nd time we ordered from here, honestly we didn't even know it was in town!! The servings are huge, and the options for choice of sides is amazing. We ordered Steak 12" Steak & Cheese Bomb , Chicken Tender Dinner and Cowboy Burger . The steakbomb is HUGE packed full of prime rib and all the fixing, make sure your hungry, Chicken was like a whole chicken, and a house favorite. Cowboy burger is a half pound burger, I didn't even make it to the table the boys had that burger half down, no talking, so a big hit! I was so happy about the care they took to pack our takeout! One of the best, everything was in its own compostable take out containers so nothing was a mess!"
"I've always been a huge fan of the Chicken Caesar Wrap , however they aren't consistent with the taste or quality. The one that I ordered today barely had any cesar dressing, it's very dry and the chicken is burnt. So each bite is really hard to get down and requires a sip of my drink to literally help it go down.
With the huge increase in price, I believe it used to be $14 and it's now $17, it's just hard to justify ordering something that is a hit or miss.
I don't usually get the fries, so I can't 100% remember how they were previously, but they are bland and soggy this time around. I had to add my own camp mix seasoning to them so they would have some flavor, but I'm not a fan of this style frie, because they are notoriously soggy.
All in all, this was a huge miss and not worth the amount of money it costs."

"I understand the prices now. The Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese was great and they didn't skimp on anything. The crispy onions came in their own container which more restaurants on doordash need to consider doing with hot food that have crispy components.

"All items were as expected, as far as flavor and consistent quality of the food. I've ordered the Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese many times in person. One thing worth mentioning is when you order in the restaurant, you get 5 or 6 onion rings on top of the dish, more like a garnish than a side. this came with a smaller container of Onion Strings which was equivalent to half of a regular order of onion strings. I am definitely not complaining, however next time I order I'll skip the extra side of strings and get a dessert. The driver was on time and all containers were clearly labeled as gluten free."
