• 3/14/26We absolutely love Main Street cake! We have been going there for years and the quality taste consistency and price is always exceptional! Great portion size as well and the cakes are always fresh and moist! They have the best buttercream.

• 5/31/26Orange Creamsicle Cupcake was possibly the best item I've ever gotten from this bakery, which is saying a lot. I really enjoy their Chocolate Cream Cheese Cupcake and blackberry cake as well, but that orange cake combined with the vanilla buttercream swirled with orange was something else.

• 11/28/25The Carrot Cake Tres Leches was AMAZING. Best carrot cake I've ever had! The Vanilla Birthday Cake Slice was also especially yummy. The Cheesecake with Strawberries was topped with fresh strawberries, not just sauce. The portions are good, and everything was very fresh. Will definitely be ordering again!

• 9/21/22I cannot describe how good the cake is at Main Street Cake. Awesome will have to do! I drive from Gibsonville just to get slices of their cake - that should say enough. I've tried at least 10 different ones and have never been disappointed. The Birthday Cake (Vanilla cake w vanilla buttercream icing) is offered every day, and I get a slice at least 4 of 5 visits. Butter Pecan is my favorite. Please just try one slice of Birthday. You'll never buy grocery store cake again...

We offer a variety of cake flavors by the slice each day. You can order one or more slices of any of our flavors. Our menu changes daily, so check back each morning for the flavors of the day! (Our menu is usually posted between 11am and 12noon.)

Cake Pops
Our signature cake pops are made by combining cake crumbs with icing then forming the mixture into spheres and other fun shapes. The mixture is then coated with semi-sweet, milk or white chocolate, given a lollipop stick and decorated.
