The western bacon burger is made with love and they always give you a overflowing bag of fries. It's great

Surprisingly for the first time my burger was very bland, the fries were undercooked and the drink had over half full of ice. Prefer a drink with an actual proper amount of soda in it. Especially for the $$ they ask.
Overall, was very disappointed.

Normally we have no issues with doordashing Bob's. Today was all the issues.
I ordered a Giant Cheese Burger with Fries, I call them once my order goes through to get a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. Normally its no issue, today they decided that shredded lettuce was a lettuce wrap, see picture below. The Fries are way less than their normal portion, I paid $5 for barley any fries. Food was cold when it got to my house.
I ordered my daughter Chili Cheese Fries, the container they used was the blue fry tray instead of a box and put it in a bag sideways so it spilled out everywhere, didnt take a picture.
My soda was warm.
I'm extremely upset with the level of carelessness that whoever is working there today has.

It's been a while since we have had Bobs , we use to live closer!! Still In p-town , just farther away! Finding Bobs on Door dash was a great find ! They still have delicious food and shakes ! They never have let me down ! Thanks 10/10

chili dog was surprisingly good while the burger was huge but had no seasoning. will give them another shot. fries were pretty decent. a little more season on everything would make this place a go to
