There wasn't an option to add meat to the nachos, so I had to do a side of meat. And even though I said it was for the nachos, it still came in a separate container, so that was also cold. And I picked it up myself, so after a 10 minute drive, it should not have all been cold. Oh yeah, the tacos didn't specify that it was just one taco. "I hate leaving a bad review for a local restaurant in our town but this will likely be the one and only time we eat here. I don't know how to say this any other way...it was the whitest Mexican food I've ever had. No seasoning, no spice, no heat. I had the asada carne 2 Taco Plate with a side of black beans and white rice. The minimal meat in the tacos was flavorless, the black beans were basically right from a can without a bit of seasoning and the white lime rice was the texture of 5 minute rice without a hint of lime. We also got a carnitas burrito which my spouse rated as "okay but I wouldn’t want it again." Hopefully they get better with time."

"I don't like leaving negative reviews but I can't over look the pitfalls of this establishment. The tacos were delivered on dixie paper plates and wrapped in plastic bags, and none of the tacos had any salsa on them, no salsas on the side were provided either. I had ordered the 2. Two Taco Plate with instructions to keep the tacos plain with no toppings, and they came with onion and cilantro, this plate was for my daughter who does not like onion or cilantro on the tacos. The only saving grace was that the quality/portion of food was great, all the meats were very flavorful and cooked perfectly, it is a shame that simple instructions and lack of salsa caused a bad experience. I will only be coming to this restaraunt to order food in person as with the delivery of my food was below expectations."

Everything tasted so fresh and was packed full with ingredients. The shrimp was great quality and there was plenty of it. Such a filling burrito I struggled to finish but I just had to do it and I'm not regretting it. My order came with 2 sides of salsa and a bag of chips. One of the salsas had a pretty good kick of spice but the other a salsa verde was my favorite. You gotta pour it all over your burrito it's that good. "I can only recommend the Caldo de Pollo. It's one of the best that I have enjoyed for over 30+ years at this location only. The Caldo De Pollo has clean flavors, good portion of white meat chicken, fresh vegetables, a small side of rice topped with chunks of avocado & and option of corn (handmade) or flour tortillas. "My favorite burrito is the chile relleno. I was disappointed with the look, taste, and portion. First, the burrito wasn't tightly rolled or shaped like a burrito. Instead,it was over stuffed with rice and looked sloppy. Second, the rice and whole pinto beans needed seasoning. Finally, too much bland rice and beans overpowered the chili relleno.
Although this is not a glowing review, I will return. La Pinta is a wonderful cute pink restaurant. The staff are courteous and attentive. And I tried many other dishes - great and wonderful tasting dishes. La Pinta is well worth the visit."
