And I picked it up myself, so after a 10 minute drive, it should not have all been cold. Oh yeah, the tacos didn't specify that it was just one taco. "I don't like leaving negative reviews but I can't over look the pitfalls of this establishment. The tacos were delivered on dixie paper plates and wrapped in plastic bags, and none of the tacos had any salsa on them, no salsas on the side were provided either. I had ordered the 2. Two Taco Plate with instructions to keep the tacos plain with no toppings, and they came with onion and cilantro, this plate was for my daughter who does not like onion or cilantro on the tacos. The only saving grace was that the quality/portion of food was great, all the meats were very flavorful and cooked perfectly, it is a shame that simple instructions and lack of salsa caused a bad experience. I will only be coming to this restaraunt to order food in person as with the delivery of my food was below expectations."

My daughter and I ordered two Itty Bitty Beanies on regular flour tortillas. When I went to grab our order, I accidentally picked up another customer’s order instead — theirs had wheat tortillas. I felt absolutely HORRIBLE once I realized my mistake and immediately brought it back inside embarrassed and apologizing.
The young man behind the counter could not have been sweeter about it. He immediately assured me it was no big deal at all, said he would remake the other customer’s order right away, and even told me I could keep the extra burritos.
That level of kindness honestly meant so much to me in a really embarrassing moment.
And on top of the wonderful customer service, BOTH versions of the burritos — the wheat tortilla and the regular flour tortilla — were absolutely PERFECT. Fresh, flavorful, comforting, and exactly what my daughter and I needed on a limited budget that day.
It’s rare these days to come across customer service that feels truly kind and genuine, and I just wanted to say thank you. We will absolutely be back 🌯❤️"

"My favorite burrito is the chile relleno. I was disappointed with the look, taste, and portion. First, the burrito wasn't tightly rolled or shaped like a burrito. Instead,it was over stuffed with rice and looked sloppy. Second, the rice and whole pinto beans needed seasoning. Finally, too much bland rice and beans overpowered the chili relleno.
Although this is not a glowing review, I will return. La Pinta is a wonderful cute pink restaurant. The staff are courteous and attentive. And I tried many other dishes - great and wonderful tasting dishes. La Pinta is well worth the visit."

"My new favorite place when I'm in Hayward and craving Mexican food. I ordered the Super Shrimp Burrito and it was amazing and so huge. Everything tasted so fresh and was packed full with ingredients. The shrimp was great quality and there was plenty of it. Such a filling burrito I struggled to finish but I just had to do it and I'm not regretting it. My order came with 2 sides of salsa and a bag of chips. One of the salsas had a pretty good kick of spice but the other a salsa verde was my favorite. You gotta pour it all over your burrito it's that good. I'll definitely be back for more soon unfortunately I live in Pleasanton so I can't go everyday."

"I stumbled onto Cocina Mexico when the Mexican restaurant I usually order from was closed. I'm glad my go-to restaurant was closed because Cocina Mexico is amazing.
