The young man behind the counter could not have been sweeter about it. He immediately assured me it was no big deal at all, said he would remake the other customer’s order right away, and even told me I could keep the extra burritos.

The tacos were delivered on dixie paper plates and wrapped in plastic bags, and none of the tacos had any salsa on them, no salsas on the side were provided either. I had ordered the 2. Two Taco Plate with instructions to keep the tacos plain with no toppings, and they came with onion and cilantro, this plate was for my daughter who does not like onion or cilantro on the tacos. The only saving grace was that the quality/portion of food was great, all the meats were very flavorful and cooked perfectly, it is a shame that simple instructions and lack of salsa caused a bad experience. "My favorite burrito is the chile relleno. I was disappointed with the look, taste, and portion. First, the burrito wasn't tightly rolled or shaped like a burrito. Instead,it was over stuffed with rice and looked sloppy. Second, the rice and whole pinto beans needed seasoning. Finally, too much bland rice and beans overpowered the chili relleno.
Although this is not a glowing review, I will return. La Pinta is a wonderful cute pink restaurant. The staff are courteous and attentive. And I tried many other dishes - great and wonderful tasting dishes. La Pinta is well worth the visit."
