"I just got donut holes and coffee. The 13 donut holes were served in a box not a bag like other stores so they didn't get smushed! The coffee is an old school Bunn pot that you pour yourself. "Recently, Cheesecake Factory has definitely lost the plot on both quantity and quality (for context, I've ordered from them the last 3 weekends in a row). Today, they used old tortilla chips as the base for my Factory Nachos and most of them were inedible as they were soaked in oil and/or too hard to eat and the portion was half of what it normally is (it's my fav dish and I've eaten it many tips both onsite and delivery). On my Caesar Salad , they omitted the croutons. The Street Corn had a lot of burnt portions. Finally - they sent butter, but omitted my complimentary bread. These items, plus the Brownie Crunch Choc-a-Lot Cheesecake cost me a total of $74.80 (before tip - and all of it was vegetarian, no meat added). It's really gotten out of hand and tells me I need to take a break from ordering from them.
As a footnote - last weekend I had the Spinach-Artichoke Dip and the amount received was a joke - it was literally just enough for 4 or 5 tortillas chips - for $20.50!!!!!"

"Awesome sandwiches! So glad they’re in Pleasanton now I’ve been a fan since the Danville location for decades! It’s all good! I tried their pick up option online so I could order and pay without waiting. The app even tells when your order is ready.
I decided to build my own sandwich and ordered a roast beef and turkey sandwich on Dutch crunch with everything. Picked it up to a friendly greeting and smiles from all of the staff. Took it home to eat and wow this was a huge sandwich and full of ingredients. Unfortunately I noticed quickly it was all turkey and no roast beef. They forgot my meat. I sure hope they get it right next time. I should say that even without my roast beef this was an incredible tasty sandwich. Every bite got better and better. I honestly can say I haven’t had a deli sandwich as good as this in a very long time. Probably the best Dutch crunch roll ever and so soft with the perfect amount of crunch and sweetness on top. This sandwich was pure heaven and so big but I was hungry and wanted to go right back for another.
Still one of the best sandwiches in the Bay Area and I’m so glad there finally in my hometown of Pleasanton. I’ll be back soon and very often I guarantee! It’s a must try if you’re in the area or even if it’s a bit of a drive. Tell em Scotty sent you."
