I got chole bhature: The bhature was huge & smelled like Suhavi / Mathri dough. The chole was a bit uncooked but very tasty so I had to give it one more whistle in my cooker. Otherwise it was too chewey not all but some in that. The raita was really nice. I would have appreciated some onions for sure & more salad otherwise one strand of lettuce & carrot felt too funny. The achar piece was amazing, that's exactly the home one in north India. Overall great home food taste. Just improve a few things. I also feel you are too generous with foil packaging and the big plastic box: maybe you can save resources and money there. It's not required so much.

The soups were extremely spicy cannot eat it , they were missing fried noodles. Biryani was missing raita paid so much for nothing.
