• 4/29/23Fried Shumai looks nothing like in the photo. Its smaller, soggy and I can't tell if that is snot or a tiny amount of sauce. Tonkotsu ramen soup does not taste right. You can visibly see a thick top layer of oil in the soup. Not edible.
