Edit to add: called the store when the product that showed up was nothing like what I ordered, only to be talked down to and hung up on. I know the difference between runny & blended, tyvm! I was polite - they weren't. Won't be ordering from this location again.

Rita's never called me to tell me they were out of the gelati that I order. Rita's automatically credited me back for the product. I would have preferred a call so that I could have chosen something that they had in stock instead.

Ordered large Frozen Custard and they do not fill the cup up. This time they gave me a small amount worth of Frozen Custard in a large cup. Not happy
