• 3/6/24Chicken was beautifu crispy with a sweet and slightly sauce and a creamy sauce. Jajangbap had a good amount of meat and had every grain of rice coated evenly. I will say it was a tad but oily but overall good tempera and texture. I would def get again, and I would love to go in person if I visit DC again.

• 4/15/23Banchans were such a huge disappointment. Kimchi portion was PATHETIC - it's basically a mouthful; kale muchim isnt even muchim (the same colour isn't even right!) basically just boiled kale with pesto.
Ssam board and mandus were delicious, but just hated how small our banchans were.

• 6/29/25I don't understand the high ratings for the Half Chikin. It seemed like they used the type of batter for fish and chips, and I ended up removing it and eating the plain chicken beneath. The Broccoli Twigim was incredible, though. Practically everything else I've ordered from Anju has been great, so the "chikin" was a disappointment.

• 1/10/26Half Chikin was awful tonight. Dry meat. Batter didn't stick to the meat, so most bites were either just batter or just chicken. Overall, a terrible dining experience.

• 3/6/24Love the Palace Ddukbokgi, the rice cakes are cooked to a perfect texture, and the sauce is divine. Anju is a must whenever we're in town.
