Salad was supposed to be lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, bellpepper, and cheese. Literally just lettuce and half a tomato?

Food seemed old? like the onion rings were really hard and the burger seemed old, idk was really weird this place is one of my favorites and it really disappointed this time around.
