My bacon Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Bragel and iced Sweet Foam Caramel Cold Brew was fresh and delicious!! Not to mention my coffee wasn't watered down. Received my order fast!!

Lately, add-ons such as extra cream cheese and instructions to cut in half haven't been completed. Also, ordering a mocha, I got a basic latte. Given the wrong drink, it was doubtful to be decaf and oatmilk. While I love their bragels and coffee, the lack of consistency and follow-through makes me hesitant to keep ordering from them.

The Campfire Lattes from Biggby are always delicious!
• we got two larges, one of them decaf. But neither of them were labeled, which is a bummer. We had to guess and hope for the best.
• the stickers they use to cover the openings in the lids is a nice idea, but they leave behind so much paper and adhesive residue that I have to pour it into a new cup to drink it. Obviously not the end of the world - but I wish they'd use a slightly more expensive vinyl sticker or something that would leave less of a mess.
