"I grew up by this store and they have always strived to adapt/evolve/overcome. The food is usually put together in an appealing way rather than thrown together carelessly like many fast food restaurants with drive thrus. My only gripe is they forget about sauces you order on Doordash or Uber Eats and this consistent...out of 20 online orders over the last 2 years I would say maybe 2 actually included the sauces I asked for, and that's me being gracious with percentages. I put Diablo sauce on everything so not being able to get that consistently costed them one star. Other than that they are great and have always been great! I know of Taco Bells that have smashed food and this one never presents that. They do seem to use fresh ingredients especially the lettuce and tomatoes...no wilt or mush. The bread that came with it was broken up and in pieces rather than whole pancakes so you could scoop it up and eat it was impossible. I don't know who let this out the door but somebody was not considerate. the heat level was right flavor was great The portion so small I just consider it inconsiderate. The samosa lacked texture and flavor the crust was fantastic. once again a lot of possibility but some failures enough to be very disappointing. The Spicy Salmon Roll Roll was bland and lacked flavor, even with soy sauce. The fish tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time and was not fresh. There was a noticeable smell that made it clear the fish had lost its freshness.
Also, there was some type of sauce that was leaking everywhere so thumbs down on the packaging as well.
I used to enjoy Cloud 9, but after this experience, I won’t be returning."
