I just ordered a Market Salad, a Chick-fil-A biscuit, and an extra chicken fillet. Starting off with the market salad, I tried to remove the nuts and granola because I'm allergic. There's not an option to remove ingredients, only add on. There's also not a field for special instructions because the restaurant opted out. I had to leave notes with the dasher, which of course they didn't see till they were already driving to my house. I don't blame them. Luckily they are packaged separately from the salad but that's still ridiculous. Additionally, the salad is pictured and described with grilled chicken. Why is mine fried? There's not even an option to change that on here. The part that made me the maddest was the blue cheese.... I'm thinking it's feta and can't figure out why it tastes and smells moldy. It's blue cheese..... which is in the description but not an option to take off. Fantastic!
Next is my chicken biscuit, of course there's no option to make it grilled, but that item was decent. My biggest quarrel is my extra chicken fillet, which I COULD make grilled. Weird I can't do that with the biscuit or have grilled on my salad, but okay fine, thanks I guess. Why is this thing literally 2 inches in diameter? I have never seen a smaller fillet. $3 for 2 inches of chicken is insane. I'm overall just mad after waiting 45 minutes, spending $30 and only enjoying like one of my items.

I love the sweetness that the chicken strips have; they are also very fresh and crispy. Also, the fries have the perfect amount of salt, but one thing I didn't like is that they decreased the amount of fries; they used to give me a lot of fries, but now the amount has decreased, and i love the lemonade. but I will still love to order it. I highly recommend it.

I recently had the Spicy Southwest Salad
and it came with everything. It had Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Strips served on a fresh bed of mixed greens, topped with grape tomatoes, a blend of Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses, and a zesty combination of roasted corn, black beans, poblano chiles, and red bell peppers. You could tell it was prepared fresh daily because everything tasted so good and fresh together. It also came with seasoned tortilla strips and chili lime pepitas, which added a nice crunch to every bite. I paired mine with the creamy salsa dressing and it went perfectly with everything else in the salad. I always love a salad and I always look forward to trying again.

I ordered a 12 piece but got an 11 piece and they were very small nuggets. The fries were half cooked. The next time I ordered this please make it right. Thank you.you!

The Chicken Tortilla Soup was spot on !!!!! And my Spicy Chicken Sandwich was crispy and hot love it
