The nuggets need to be cooked longer where they are actually crispy instead of soft and mushy. I've kept hope alive on this since Covid. Before, they'd cook the individual order to well-done, and they were wonderful. Now, not so much. So disappointed! Chick-fil-A® Nuggets

Biscuit Chicken, Egg & Cheese Biscuit Meal was delicious and made fresh! I absolutely love the Hash Brown Scramble Burrito as well.

the Chick-fil-A® Chicken Biscuit wasn't great today.the chicken was very thin, like it wasn't even there. felt more like i was eatinga Biscuit than a ssandwich.

Chicken sandwich was not hot and fresh. Fries were hard. Sitting too long under heat lamps. Send out quality food, whether we're in store or through the app food should still have the standard of quality. Lastly, soda was watered down.

Chick-fil-A® Nuggets are UNDER cooked...there's barely any crisp...not nearly a good as they used to be. Even adding 1 more minute of frying would GREATLY improve the taste.
