The chocolate chip cookies were flat and crispy. The biscoff white chocolate were dry and crunchy and crumbly.

I ordered 4 cookies. They apparently were out of one of the flavors I ordered. Crumbl cookies site doesn't allow you to order if they are sold out, but apparently Chip doesn't have that feature. The next best thing would have been to give me another of one of the other flavors I ordered or call me and ask me what I'd like to do. But instead, they put in a random flavor that I did not want AT ALL.

The cookies are great but sadly this store has messed up both of my orders. I ordered from crave and had zero issues!
