• 7/25/26Three Tacos came all shoved together. No tin foil in-between. I couldn't tell where they started or ended. I ate them with a fork. What was worse, the brown rice was not cooked completely. I kept spitting out hard rice. It ruined the whole meal.
Burrito Bowl had the same rice. It ruined my husbands meal too!

• 3/4/24The kids quesadilla came cold with barely any cheese. They only gave us rice with the meal and left out the beans and guacamole. Super upsetting to pay $6 for .50 worth of food.

• 3/21/23I wish I could submit a photo of what we received. We ordered through DoorDash and when we received our order, it was sooo sparse! It looked like it was missing half of the food. We paid $17.50 for a salad that literally had 4 lettuce leaves on it. Unfortunately, the other ingredients in the salad and the burrito we ordered were very minimal as well!
We have never had this issue when we go into the store. To be clear, This was NOT a DoorDash issue. It was a Chipotle issue.

• 5/28/25The rice was undercooked, it was crunchy. Have had this in the past and the quality of food has gone downhill. Steak was chewy.

• 1/27/26Tbh I'm always disappointed when I order from chipotle. The meat is always over cooked and hard. Both chicken and steak. And most recently the rice had hard pieces in it.
Will not be ordering again.
