The Cabeza was a let down. That's my favorite taco besides Al Pastor. It wasn't as tender as it should've been in my opinion. Other places the meat is so tender it melts in your mouth. You need it to be tender because it lacks flavor. So it was a little tough and flavorless and not good in my opinion. Then there is the Suadero. I've seen many videos from Mexico about it so I was excited to try it. Unfortunately it was very tough. I loved the flavor, it had a deep beef flavor and if it was tender I am sure it would've been my favorite taco, but the meat was hard. I am talking about how it is dark almost black hard and old. "The meat on the Carne Asada Taco and the Al Pastor Taco was good and a good portion.
One of the 2 issues I had was that there weren't any other toppings on the tacos.
Just meat and one corn tortilla. The other issue is that should use 2 tortillas per taco so that they hold together better. At over $5 per taco, I think that they can afford to use 2 tortillas per taco.
I just ended up eating the meat out of the tinfoil because the tortilla fell apart as soon as I picked it up.
The only thing I asked them not to put on the tacos was cheese, but I wanted all of the rest of the toppings that go on them, including the salsa.
So I'm not sure where the wires got crossed on that, but I'm willing to give them another try because the meat was pretty good. I'm curious to see what their tacos taste like with all of the toppings on them."

"This is my first time trying this place and I have to say that I do love their El Pastor very favorable, but I would've liked to have more pineapple. "The tacos are good but not my favorite spot. I can only speak about the Al Pastor and Carne Asada tacos. These tacos are different than the familiar tacos in LA and the taco carts out in this area. The carne asada had no fat so it was missing half the flavor and I wasn't getting a strong beef flavor from the meat they use so overall it was bland. They do give you a lot of meat though. The Al Pastor had the flavor components of what you would expect from an Al Pastor taco, but it was missing the deep complex flavor I am used to getting at taco carts. They do however cook the Al Pastor how it should be cooked and shaved off to order so it is still a very good taco. The corn tortillas have a strong corn taste like they are homemade, but I am not sure if they make them. Overall, everything is very high quality and you should give it a try for yourself and they have a lot of other items too that I didn't try."

Also I order a tamal de Rajas but honestly it was disappointing, it barely had any filling , I was basically eating masa and I'm not sure if the tamales are fresh because they tasted like store bought tamales.
