This location is hit or miss. Today the rice was undercooked in the Burrito Bowl the Burrito weren't even wrapped up with the tortilla. And the foil on one of them wasn't even all the way around. Had like half my burrito sticking out. Salsa and guacamole tossed on the sides of the bag, and leaked everywhere. Chips were hard. Normally I really love this location but today was rough.

The rice in one of our bowls was practically uncooked. And the steak in my bowl was more gristle and fat than meat. Plus I ordered an extra helping so I could share it with my puppies and there was no more in my bowl than there was in the other bowl. very disappointed with Chipotle at this point.

Taste wise it seems like it's getting hotter and hotter each time we order. And the portions I didn't get rice this time there was hardly anything in the container and you spend $13-$15 for a bowl for what. I wouldve liked to see more of the fajita vegetables and beans which you could barely see just very disappointed. If you go to the store they pile it up, but your order delivery you get jipped!! I will order again and make sure I call the store to ensure they give me a full order when I order a bowl

I ordered extra chicken, which costs $4 and there was hardly any chicken. The bowl has more salsa and veggies than meat, rice or beans.
