Every single time you order from this location something is missing or not prepared correctly. Quesadilla chicken was so burnt and the cheese was not melted at all. The sides were missing. The Burrito Bowl chicken was also so chared we picked it out. And the side of Chips & Guacamole container was hardly half full of guac.

Meat is severely overcooked and so salty. The rice is super watery and soggy even with the absence of beans. There's almost no guacamole and not worth the cost of adding it. This only happens in wallingford...disappointing.

Not worth it! I ordered this meal through their delivery service. The meal was terrible! The chicken was burnt, which ruined the entire thing. I also did not receive much lettuce. The guacamole I ordered had large pieces of avocado in it. My food was also not delivered with a napkin and plasticware to eat with. I spent extra to have it delivered and it was not worth it. All around it was a terrible meal!

Just ok. A decent value, but the chicken is always always overcooked. If you watch them cook, the chix are juicy on the grill. Problem if you know cooking, is that it continues to cook with all that grill heat. So by the time it's chopped & put in the serving bins, it ends up overcooked & dry. If you happen to get a new batch, it's fine. I deliver for all three services so I see this all the time. Portions are fine. Decent taste, I just wish they'd properly cook so the chix remains moist. I order sometimes. But I rate it a B.

This was the most disgusting Chipotle experience we’ve ever had. We ordered two burritos, and everything about them was terrible. The chicken was completely burnt, there was barely a pinch of lettuce, no sour cream at all, and only a tiny sprinkle of cheese. As regular Chipotle customers, we always order the same burrito, so we know how it’s supposed to be – and this was nothing like it. To make things worse, the rice was undercooked and so hard it felt like you could break your teeth. Honestly, we should demand a refund. Absolutely awful. Do not recommend.
