There were no cars ahead of me, but the employee repeatedly asked what I wanted, then put me on hold three separate times. Still craving KFC, I ordered through DoorDash instead — and that was just as bad. The fries were stiff and cold, the chicken tenders were dry and tasted like they had been sitting out all day, and the biscuit was the only part of the meal worth eating (and even that wasn’t great). Honestly, the best part of my order was the Pepsi.
I used my hard-earned money because I didn’t have groceries at home and didn’t have time to cook, but this was an absolute letdown. For such a large, long-standing franchise, the quality should not be this poor. I’ve had KFC in Jamaica that was incredible — so why is there such a stark difference here?
I feel like I wasted my time, gas, money, and appetite. I left completely unsatisfied and honestly want a full refund. This location really needs to step up its service and food quality."

"Always love American Soul Kitchen. Ordered two Fried Chicken Dinners, one with Mac & Cheese and Collards and one with Mac & Cheese & Cabbage. They called to say they didn't have cabbage so we ordered two collards, which was fine. We usually get a wing, thigh and drum or breast. This time we got two wings and a thigh in one and three wings in the other. Overall great meals as usual but would love consistency on chicken pieces or option to order white meat/dark meat. "

"I get the wedge salad often via take out or Doordash delivery. This time, I got 2 of them, one for dinner and one for lunch the next day as I love them. I was extremely disappointed with them. One had zero bacon on it, the other 3 or 4 tiny specks of bacon. Very minimal blue cheese, non existent balsamic glaze and just a half filled tiny container of dressing. Essentially, I got 2 orders of lettuce. Food is too expensive to throw away. Do better Outback! The salads are great in Southington. I got these in North Haven. I will not try that location again!
