I ordered a burrito bowl and the rice was uncooked and the black beans portion was less than the other times I ordered it. It seems that the quality is getting worse. I will start looking for other places to order.

Too much rice and too little carnitas and beans. I am getting unhappy with Chipotle. I am a long time customer, but lately it has not been satisfactory.

They put like 4 tomatoes of the pico de gallo in the bowl and that's my favorite . If you're not there watching them make your bowl it's like they don't care about it.

The chips were EXCESSIVELY STALE. Not even my dog would eat them! It's hard to enjoy the yummy queso without any chips.
The cheese quesadilla was the best it's been. It's typically super flat and just bread, but this time it had a good amount of cheese.

The steak was way over cooked and the cheese was stuck together in clumps. The rice had no flavor either. Pretty disappointing considering I payed extra for the nicer steak cut.
