This location did not care at all about producing a quality meal nor following simple instructions. The burrito was hardly 5 inches, when they are normally closer to 8 inches. On top of this, it was like they forgot half the ingredients. The burrito was mostly chicken, rice, and beans. Probably the reason the burrito was so small is because they hardly put any pico, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream on it. Pretty unappetizing to eat just meat, beans, rice, and a lot of tortilla with 4 ingredients missing.
Both the burrito bowls were also tiny, with hardly any lettuce on them. Usually the ingredients pile higher than the size of the bowl, often pushed down by the lid--as it should be. But these bowls were half full--which is half empty. The ingredients were in line with the bowl. Very disappointing. I also do not believe there was double chicken in one of the bowls, so that was an extra $5 completely wasted.
I can't believe I paid over $50 to receive half the food I paid for. Will not be going to this location ever again. This sort of thing happens all the time when ordering Chipotle, so this is probably my last time wasting $50+ on it.
I suggest everybody else do the same. Take your business to La Loma or some other local restaurant. It might cost a little bit more, but you'll be getting twice the food with consistent quality.

Burrito was so small. Getting it to go is like 1/2 of the size of a normal burrito. Hard to make it worth it with the cost + expensive DoorDash. Burrito always comes small when ordered like this. Better to just get a burrito bowl. Food bangs as always.

I ordered a burrito bowl with extra chicken. We split the burrito bowl and we were lucky to have 6 pieces of chicken. Was disappointed with that and added cheese was non existent. It has always been good at this Chipotle's but lately haven't been up to par.

Pretty disappointing honestly. I ordered a sofritas burrito and the employee dropped juices literally all over the foil....and then proceeded to wrap the burrito in the juices so it arrived soggy and sticky and I couldn't even handle it without a huge mess. Which is literally the main reason you wrap them in a tortilla in the first place. Truly terrible food handlers considering these things are like $12 after tax for it to come dirty. I also got the queso and chips and I have NEVER had such salty chips. I'm literally SCRAPING salt off of these things just to eat them. I get that no one likes their job but it's hard to hate your job if it gets shut down because no one wants to eat there.

We asked for extra chicken and they gave us extra chicken. Other locations we ask for extra and we can't even tell there is extra there. Thanks for giving our monies worth.
