I placed a pickup order for 9:18 PM and arrived on time, but ended up waiting until 9:29 PM before my food was handed over. The staff didn’t acknowledge the delay and were quite rude when I asked about my order. Really disappointed with the service — pickup should be ready at the scheduled time, and basic courtesy goes a long way.

I try to order by phone, the staff does not speak English, they did not understand the word "rice". I had to order online and was 55 minutes to get 3 orders of rice and a 2 of curry. When I showed up the attention was not good and the order was not on time.
