I got the 8PC Chicken and Honey-Butter Biscuits™ . It was so bland tasting. I could not taste the honey, and the chicken didn't even have a smell. Definitely not what it used to be. Go to Popeyes or KFC instead.

To start, this is the first time I've used DoorDash and don't know how much quality control you do. So will this review mean anything to you?
Usually, I love Churches chicken, but I ordered the regular coating and some of the pieces were very spicy. I'm not sure how many since I froze 6 pieces for later use but I dislike anything too spicy and obviously could not easily return them.
Also, the coating was not adhering well to the meat so there were sections of coating just sitting loosely on the chicken. Finally the coating also needed salt!
Despite this, I might order again since I've enjoyed this in the past and would hope that the place just had a bad day. But one more experience like this and I will erase Church's from my ordering list.
By the way, is there any way I can learn which place the order came from? I assumed it was the branch on Country Club just North of Southern, but maybe it wasn't.

I order one 3pc meal and a order of Jalapeño Cheese Bombers® they gave me double the amount for the price of one might of been on accident or might've just been amazing customer server 10/10 from FOOD CRITIC E

I ordered a four piece box white meat. Only, it was two breasts and two wings, but it was just the long part of the wing not the part with the meat so there was literally no meat on the wings at all. Just a ton of breading.
