"First time trying Gus's. The Chicken 4 Piece Tender Plate, although a little pricey, was cooked beautifully and the mac n cheese was cheesy and hearty. One of the 3 Piece Dark Plates was cooked beautifully, while the other was overcooked to the point chicken pieces were hard to pull away. The coleslaw had a perfect amount of sweet and creaminess. The beans seemed to taste good but was really hard to decifer the taste because the coleslaw sauce invaded the beans. The Chicken Sandwich Combo was just two small tenders thrown on a bun. We paid $1.10 extra for a piece of American cheese and received pickles when we asked for them to be removed. It also shouldn't be called a combo but a chicken sandwich with a taste of a side because the side was so small all it was wa a tease. All in all, we would definitely try Gus's again and see if we cant get that 5 star meal, maybe in person next timethough."
