• 12/17/24Puff Pastry with cream filling was delicious. We splited it, wish I ordered 2 instead. I wanted some more. Definitely will reorder this item again. We saved the Ham n' Cheese Croissant for this morning. It was nice and flaky. So far everything I have tried at this bakery was awesome.

• 9/5/23Wonderful comfort food. We had the borscht, chicken soup, and kharcho soup, each of which came with a couple slices of their bakery rye bread. Stroganoff was excellent and I really liked eating it with the buckwheat though I've never done that before. Also, the golubtsy were so phenomenal, I'm going to learn to cook those. The pelmeni and vareniki are always family favorites; who doesn't love dumplings? The piroshki we got were about 6.5in long. I like that they offer baked so it's not greasy and they had a good pastry to stuffing ratio. The potato one had lots of mushrooms and was my favorite. All in all, happy, full bellies tonight!

• 9/24/23The Mocha had a little bit of a burned taste. The Beef Stroganoff had a great flavor, but it should be called Mushroom Stroganoff, instead. Very tiny amount of beef (maybe 4 extra small pieces), but well over a cup of mushrooms.

• 3/18/22The dumplings for 15 dollars are not worth it you maybe get like 10 in a container that is big at least get a smaller container so it won't look so embarrassing, the piroshki were cold and didn't taste good it was a disappointment over all

• 1/4/23Been ordering and frequenting this Russian Bakery since inception, and it never disappoints. The Babushka Noodle soup never lets me down and constantly delicious. But dont sleep on the Blinzes and the delicious dark and light Russian Rye bread.... Moist and delicious and perfect with cold cuts, Herring and deli cheeses. Whether you dine in or order out, its a Gem in the Inner Richmond!
