This used to be a great place for chips and burgers but the quality isn't the same. Chips were different and tasted like oven baked variety from home, portion good though. The waygu beef burger had stale bread and the patty average. Overall disappointing which is a shame as I used to enjoy this place as a top destination. Wouldn't order again.

I usually love this place but today the chips were stale and the burger was a bit undercooked (medium is fine but this wasn't even) and the burger was wayyyy too sloppy, beetroot had soaked through everything and it fell apart. but I can never hate, we all have off days and the salad and desserts are my fave forever

Just Fries weren't fresh. Usually you can tell if it's due to slow delivery but these were dry like they'd been in the hotbox for ages. Vegan Chicken Burger patty was similar. Old and hard. I think this meal would have been really good if it were fresh.
