Everything was lovely!!! The tomato basil soup is even better than Salatas!! Bacon was perfectly crispy too! Wonderful people must be working in that kitchen<3

I had never heard of nor read about Corner Bakery Cafe before.
I'm usually the prime caregiver for my Dad, but since I've been battling an Idk-what the past week, I've hired a part time caregiver to assist him in the mornings, but it still leaves me to come up with lunch & dinner for us.
2025 was my year to jump in the deep end and use Door Dash. I've perused, browsed, cross checked on google, yelp & Katy Foodies & Katy Moms groups on Facebook.
Corner Bakery Cafe kept popping up. I'd check the menu, add something for "one day" and then check other places.
Today, I decided to order lunch.
All portions were generous. The two main meals are about 3 portions.
The Shrimp Scampi Linguine was okay. Mostly tasteless but the shrimp wasn't overcooked. Dad doctored it up with a variety of our own seasonings.
The Chicken Rosa Pasta had small, juicy pieces of chicken and the substituted linguine noodles weren't easily cut with a fork.
The Caesar salad was a generous amount and we'll easily get 4-5 servings out of it.
Overall, happy I had this at home so we could add flavor.

The food was great and my order was prepared and waiting on me to pick it up. I've had other restaurants chicken sausages but these were the best so far. The Buttermilk Pancakes were good! I was expecting only two but my order came with 4 and I'm now I'm pleasantly stuffed. I'd definitely would order from here again.

I ordered the bacon and egg croissant. It was really good, the pastry was flaky and crisp, the bacon and eggs were perfect and it was a good size. My partner had the side pancakes, which they liked and the farmers scrambler. Unfortunately, they forgot the sausage in the scrambler. It's a little pricy to be missing components. Other than that, it was really good, I would try them again.

The food was good but our order didn't come as expected. I ordered the balsamic vinaigrette and got strawberry vinaigrette for my salad. And the bowl of Cheddar Broccoli Soup (V) was only half way filled. For $11, one would and should expect the bowl to be filled. Overall the food was good but those minor details are important when placing an order and spending your money
