• 11/19/24The Sugar Plum Tea was extremely sweet but very good. I wish I could ask for it unsweet with with the flavor or half sweet half unsweet with the flavor/syrup. The Signature Fried Apple French Toast Bake is very good. The outer edge was very tough but the inner portion is like bread pudding and that cream cheese...AMAZING!!! The Hashbrown Casserole Tots were my mom's favorite part <3! The Buttermilk Biscuits (4) will be enjoyed for breakfast for a few days they are always wonderful. I am so glad Cracker Barrel allows you to request things like Cholula, honey, jelly, and also the option to pay extra for things like extra syrup and apple butter. I was disappointed I didnt get a tiny bottle of syrup though. The Extras Apple Butter that you can pay for is so good. Next to the Apple Barn it is my favorite.

• 5/14/23Left out a side Mac and cheese from order. Another item was wrong. Mashed potatoes had zero flavor! Side order of dumplings had 3 tiny dumplings and the rest was just soup. The hashbrown casserole side had maybe 2 bites...clearly not a full order. If ordered and eaten at restaurant, which we usually do, we could have had everything corrected, but with delivery, we can't. Very disappointed.

• 4/17/22The meal arrived barely warm. The order included Beans and Greens for a meal ($11) and got very small portion sizes. It wasnt even enough for a small meal. I have ordered this before and it was definitely bigger portions.
I also ordered roast beef dinner for Easter dinner. The portions were much more appropriate but the roast had so much fat I was unable to eat even half of it. I do realize roast beef may have fat in it but this was overwhelming. The potatoes were old and dry with very little gravy. The biscuit was also dry. Even the hashbrown casserole was much smaller portion than in the past and it had black bacon on top.
I do not like writing negative reviews and rarily do because I know the restaurant industry has been through so much in recent years.
I would have rather been told that you were out of these items than have this delivered. Unfortunately I find myself still hungry after eating what what was edible of my Easter meal.
I gave a "3" rating versus a lower one because I did realize I ordered between lunch and dinner and this traditionally not the best time to order. However this was a lot that went wrong.

• 10/17/24Servings very skimpy-getting smaller each time ordered. Prices have increased but size smaller. Pinto beans tasted like they were right out of the can.

• 6/7/26They were out of the Campfire Chicken so I got the Campfire Beef. It was so tender and was a huge portion. I will be getting again!
