Only one milkshake of two arrived. The receipt attached clearly states two. The one that did arrive was missing whipped topping and had black streaks throughout it- I submitted photos to DoorDash. There was no seal on the shake- it was completely open so I did not feel safe to drink it.

I usually love Dairy Queen, but I have gotten different ice cream from what I've ordered multiple times. And one time in May, I ordered myself some ice cream and the manager told me she didn't get it in their system despite DoorDash on their side saying the order went through and that it was accepted.

My favorite item is the chocolate brownie extreme but honestly the last maybe 4 or 5 times it has not been made correctly. Its supposed to be mainly Chocolate ice cream with chocolate brownie pieces and chocolate pieces in it but the last few times its definitely been mixed with vanilla and a small amount of chocolate with barely any of the extra toppings in it.

sloppiest burger ive ever gotten from a dq. put items I requested to be removed on on my burger anyways, and bacon was undercooked and hard to chew at the same time lol.

Every time I order the Royal New York Cheesecake BLIZZARD® Treat it never has a strawberry core. They always scrimp on this. It has a few strawberries on top and that's it.
