"The fried chicken itself was quite good. Each boneless wings piece was meaty and stayed crisp despite the sauce. The tenders were fairly large, but weren't as crispy as the boneless wings. No complaints there.
The problem were the sauces. The Hawaiian sauce is absolutely dreadful. It was a weird flavor of sour that tasted old. Spicy Korean sauce is alright, but I found it to be way too salty when applied so liberally to the tenders. Garlic Parmesan was the best of the selection.
The Louisiana Voodoo Fries weren't crisp and came a little bit soggy, but thats probably because of being inside the packaging for too long. The portion was large for the price and tasted great.

"The food from IHOP tasted okay but quality was terrible. They have us about 3 tablespoons of gravy (not nearly enough, see the picture) for the Buttermilk Biscuit & Gravy and the gravy was ice cold. I'm not talking about it cooled during transit, I'm talking about it was in the fridge or freezer and was never heated up. I was super excited about Mexican Tres Leches Pancakes but what I got and what they pictured want exactly the same. Instead of putting sauces on the side, they poured them on the pancakes such that when I got it maybe was already all absorbed. (Again, see pics). Very disappointed. Finally, I ordered two coffees and they sent one."

"I really want to continue to support this restaurant, since it's the only O'Charley's left in town, and they recently had a car drive into the restaurant. However, their quality is consistent in its inconsistency. This time, every element of my meal was worse than expected. My salmon was overcooked, burnt on the edges. My baked potato was also overcooked, such that it was extremely difficult to even open up to eat; the interior was okay except for the first millimeter or two under the skin, and the skin itself was inedible. Spouse's baked potato was similarly overcooked. The tomatoes in my salad were pale and sickly. And the portion of my grilled asparagus, a premium side I paid extra for, was substantially smaller than usual; I've normally received five or six spears, but tonight's order contained only three spears. All in all, disappointing and not worthy of what I paid for the meal."
