Worst chicken dum biriyani , tastes more like a white rice and found only 4 very small chicken pieces . Feels like eating normal rice and no masala , nothing is there

We are extremely disappointed with the biryani we received. It was one of the worst food experiences we’ve had.
First, the biryani rice was overly mushy and had no proper texture. The packaging was also very poor, which only made the rice even soggier. The masala was not mixed properly, tasted stale, and despite ordering double masala, there was barely any masala in the biryani.
The kofta pieces were also soft and mushy instead of fresh and flavorful. Overall, the food did not taste freshly prepared. In fact, it felt like leftover rice had been mixed with a few pieces and served to us.
This was not the quality we expected, especially after paying for the meal and requesting extra masala. The entire order was unacceptable, and we are very dissatisfied with the food and the overall experience.
We expect a full refund for this order, as the food was not up to an acceptable standard.

The guthi vankai pulav was the best ive ever tried!! The taste was amazing! The gobi was ok ok.... but the guthi vankai pulav is the best ive tried ans the quantity was also amazing

The Goat Kheema Biryani did not have any kheema. The rice did not have any flavor of biryani and was totally bland, not fresh and grainy instead of soft moist. Same was the case with Chowrastha Spl Chicken Fry Pulav .

we ordered our dishes mild. Both came hot/spicy. too spicy for either of us to eat.
Pani Puri usually comes with a spiced potato mixture.oyr came with some very bland chole item.
the bakery items we ordered also didn't come. So basically a complete inedible waste of money.
