Sent as a Father's Day gift! The assorted 6 donuts were just as fresh as getting them in store, just wish the other flavors I initially wanted were in stock. Appreciate my driver calling to see what other flavors we wanted to replace them with though!

I have never had a bad dunkin experience until this order. I had like 5 hashbrowns in it, burnt looking. the sourdough was hard. had to take the egg off and put it on bread so it was pointless to even make this order. also my half a dozen donuts came thrown in a bag?? no box, jelly on the side of the bag and the donuts weren't even right. terrible service. I hope the refresher doesn't taste horrible. wouldn't order again from this specific dunkin. definitely not the dashers fault, it's 100% on whoever filled that order. thankful to have a few right donuts and my drink but haven't tried them yet.

Dunkin is terrible at completing orders. Not a pandemic problem- this has been multiple times. This is a management issue

I've repeatedly ordered from this Dunkin Donuts and they repeatedly messed up my order. Multiple times I'll have ordered specific items and without my knowledge or consent they will replace the items. The store stated they are out of the items that I ordered and tried to provide me with replacements. Which would be acceptable if the items they swapped out were of equal value or close to what I ordered. Now on top of that the store, has made it increasingly difficult to refund the money of the items I paid for and never received. This is the last time I'll ever be ordering from this store. I also highly recommend for anyone that is interested in receiving the items they pay for to try somewhere else as this is obviously again a store policy at this location.
