I order from this location multiple times but this time they got the first order wrong by adding cold foam and it was way too sweet and so I reordered, called the store and told the dasher to make sure they don't add cold foam, and now they added way more butter pecan sauce than normal and it's still to sweet. Absolutely insane. Never ordering from here again.

I ordered a non toasted bagel with sesame seeds. I got a toasted bagel with no sesame seeds. Cappuccino was supposed to have an extra shot of espresso but it was weak with very little flavor. I usually get better service here than this.

I am a Starbucks fan but decided to give Dunkin Donuts a try .
Dunkin clearly needs to work on their Iced Coffee !
I have now ordered their Iced Latte twice in a row.
Each drink was made differently .
The second drink tastes much weaker than the first.
And I didn't consider either drink very well made.
When I want a donut I may order from here from time to time.
But for coffee Starbucks is far superior !

Not sure how FAKE eggs and yesterday's old and stale donut holes is acceptable for the owners to send out to customers ??
