My first time trying EE Sushi, probably because they look to be new. I have to say, some of the best sushi I've had in a long time! Super fresh and beautifully made. I got a Salmon Skin Hand Roll which was perfectly crispy, with the perfect amount of chew, the California Hand Roll and Shrimp Tempura Hand Roll both were so fresh and delicious. Tekka Maki was a great size, perfect tuna to rice ratio, but the real show stopped was the Veggie Tiger. I don't usually do veggie rolls, but something about it just caught my eye. Truly this might be the item that brings me back weekly. It's a sweeter roll, so if you're not into that it might not be your cup of tea, but omg it was amazing. The candied walnuts add the perfect crunch and the sweetness of the tempura pumpkin make this feel indulgent. I ended up eating it last because it was almost dessert like. 1000/10 would recommend.
