Look I usually love to eat here, but these past couple of services have been absolutely horrendous. I ordered the simplest thing off the menu a Single Bagel with Shmear toasted. They couldn't even toast the bagel AT ALL. My coworker only got 1 egg and half a strip of bacon on the Bacon & Cheddar Egg Sandwich. Yesterday we all got sandwiches (4) and ALL of them had 1 egg. 3 sandwiches should have had 2 eggs but we got 1 only. Not only that the sauce that comes in these sandwiches was non existent. Quite literally a small dot of sauce was on the bread on all 3. We are not getting our full value form these orders at all. All my employees are pissed that their order is wrong when I'm trying to do them a favor. All because of incompetence. Fix it.

Bagel was amazing! Full of flavor and super soft, not chewy. The Heavenly Chocolate Chip Cookie … not so heavenly; it was like it was on Gods bad side and was sent down below for an extra 15 minutes. Super dark bake to it and it was so crunchy. The middle was crunchy as well.

Ordered without cheese and they put cheese in it. They added a lot of pepper no idea why you would even add it and not even a full piece of bacon. As for the OJ which is usually delicious it wasn't fresh. Not going to be ordering from here again.

Tough and chewy. Over cooked and dark brown. What ever happened to golden brown??? Double whipped cream cheese, just a crappy way of giving the customer less product because it's whipped full of air!!!! I just a decent bagel in this city!!!!!

Yummy yum! Always fresh and oh so tasty! They arrived warm so early in the morning. We were happy w/our hot coffee. Ty Einstein for your consistency and wonderful bagels.
