The chicken was dry. Also, they never give enough salsa with the food. I ordered $80 worth of food, 16 pc chicken family meal, which serves at least 7 people and they only gave us 8 small salsa mini cups. It should at least be about 2 ea per person. The proportions are not fair to the cost of food/money i ordered. Stingy. Such a shame.

The large-sized Loco side salad was nice and fresh! This time I ordered avocado slices, which gave it a nice touch. I am very thankful to El Pollo Loco staff and the Door Dasher (Deona) for today''s fast & efficient delivery!

I like the grilled chicken at El Pollo Loco. I've been ordering from this restaurant and nowhere else. The chicken is not salty, not oily the seasoning is perfect to my taste. I love the rice and pinto beans. It's healthier than fried chicken.

4pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Combo is always fresh, not salty, seasoning is perfect. I have always been ordering grilled chicken from El Pollo Loco because it's a delicious healthy meal.
The salsa Fresca is fresh not mushy. The mash potato with gravy is delicious. The Cole slaw is delicious not bland.

The chicken taco Al carbon .. the tortilla is meh. If you opt up for the chicken breast meat .. 3-4 are very filling and the chicken is really good. I was very surprised to see the chicken portions per taco.. very decent!
